Tripling online revenue for Vinda in eight months
Vinda made great rain jackets and sold them to too few people. We rebuilt their ads around margin and launched email flows that now bring in a third of sales.

The problem
Vinda’s ads were spending €18,000 a month and bringing in customers who bought one discounted item and never came back. The account was set to win clicks, so it did: mostly from people searching for cheap jackets.
Email was a newsletter sent when someone had time. No welcome series, no cart reminders, nothing after a purchase.
What we did
We rebuilt the ad account around full-price products and set bidding against margin, not revenue. Shopping campaigns were split by best sellers, new arrivals and everything else, each with its own target.
On email, we launched five flows in the first six weeks, then moved to two campaigns a week tied to the weather forecast in Vinda’s biggest markets. Rain in Bergen means a send to Bergen.
The result
Online revenue more than tripled in eight months, while the cost of each new customer fell by more than a third. Email went from an afterthought to a third of all online sales.

“Salto&Pan were the first agency to talk to us about margin instead of clicks. Eight months later we’ve hired four people to keep up with orders.”
