We started because agency reports didn’t add up.
Salto&Pan is a team of 22 in Valencia and Copenhagen. We run growth for online shops and software companies, and we answer to one number: the revenue in your own books.

Our story
Two offices and one rule about reporting, since 2019.
Elena Marín ran growth at two online shops before starting the agency. Both times, she hired agencies that sent long reports full of clicks and impressions, while sales stayed flat.
In 2019 she started Salto&Pan with one rule: we only report numbers a finance team would recognise. Revenue from the shop, cost per new customer, return on everything spent, including our fee.
Mikkel Sørensen joined a year later to run paid media and opened the Copenhagen office. Giulia Ferri came from engineering to lead search. Today we’re 22 people working with 40 clients across Europe, the UK and the US.

How we work
Four rules we’ve kept since the first client, and the reason most of them stay past the first year.
Revenue, not clicks
Every report starts with sales from your shop or CRM. Platform numbers come second, if at all.
A flat fee
We never take a cut of ad spend, so we’re glad to switch off a campaign that doesn’t sell.
You own everything
Ad accounts, email flows, reports and creative stay yours, before, during and after working with us.
One page on Monday
What we spent, what came back and what we’re changing next. If it doesn’t fit on a page, we cut it.
The people you’ll work with
Every client works directly with one of our three partners, from the audit to the Monday report.

Elena Marín
Founder and managing partner
Elena ran growth at two online shops before starting Salto&Pan in 2019. She still sits in on every new client audit and writes most of our reports.

Mikkel Sørensen
Head of paid media
Mikkel has managed more than €40 million in ad spend across search and social. He runs our creative testing and every ad account we take on.

Giulia Ferri
Head of search and content
Giulia started as a developer and moved into SEO when she noticed nobody fixed the technical side. She leads our audits and our writers.
